Frederik Wiedmann score for Justice League: Gods and Monsters builds neatly on the work he'd already delivered for Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox and Justice League: Throne of Atlantis. This album is more similar to the former than later score, with it being enjoyable, but certainly not an essential purchase.

The album contains 26 tracks (53 min, 46 sec) of impressive and intricate themes, but after listening to it for several weeks I still hadn't really picked up on anything that stuck in my head - there wasn't a single track that I wanted to add to my "favourite score" playlist.

That might sound a bit harsh when you consider that there are numerous beautiful themes (take 'Aftermath' for example) it's just that they're so fleeting as to almost pass you by.
