Aldean has built up a steady following over his previous 9 albums. For casual country fans there's nothing mind shatteringly original here and Aldean treads a path well trodden. Yes, it could have been released by any one of a thousand country artists in the past 10 years.

It's comfortable, lacking in any surprises and that is why his fans will no doubt embrace it. Equally, anyone who likes the occasional blast of country will also find much to champion.

What it does it does incredibly well. But if you don't want an album that feels a little cliched, a little too familiar then you should steer clear. Personally I found it comfortable, enjoyable and very catchy.
