Take on the role of a young moonshiner. The life of a moonshiner is ever-exciting and full of surprises... If you’ll be prospering, you’ll get the chance to create and manage bases in five different regions, each with its own, more and more challenging missions. From your hometown mountains, through the thicket of a forest and mud of a swamp, all the way to civilization to conquer the big city. How the story will end depends purely on you - there’ll be a pesky agent who’ll want to work with you, and there’ll be a corrupt governor that you can join. But you can also ignore them. You’re a free man, after all. That’s how Moonshine Inc. came to be. Made for moonshiners, amateurs, dreamers, and newbies. Sit down, launch the game, enjoy crafting and running your business, and relax… after all, ain't nothin’ illegal ‘til you get caught...

Run your own brewing business

Moonshine Inc. is a strategy management tycoon game that sees you running your own brewing business. Work your way up from your first barrel of moonshine, to become a lucrative profiteer supplying your wares across the country.

The game opens with a fairly simple tutorial, however I was obviously not paying 100% attention, because after it finished I was left wondering what on earth I was supposed to do. But once you've got the basics down, it's time to have a little fun crafting and honing your skills as you try to brew the best alcohol that your punters won't be able to resist.

The learning curve on this one isn't too steep. Once you get the basics down, and understand the menus, it's fairly self explanatory. Mixing your own brew can be a lot of fun and the experimentation is quite easy to implement.

Mixing your own brew can be a lot of fun

There were a few issues I had that could be tweaked a little to ensure the game was a little smoother. The first is the lack of a cursor on screen, so if you want to highlight an item you have to get it dead in the centre of the screen and then you can interact with it.

Overall it's an original take on an old format, which in itself is worthy of your time. A fun, if somewhat limited game that should appeal to those who enjoy strategy management games.
