Neon Apex: Beyond the Limit is a pretty run-of-the-mill arcade racer. Whilst it brings nothing original or new to the genre, its main selling point is its Japanese anime style animation. I have to admit that I got bored of this one incredibly quickly... And if I'm being perfectly honest I wouldn't have played it for half as long as I did if it weren't for the fact I had to review it. Shovelware is a word that's currently overused, but I can't help feeling it's appropriate here. I was left feeling nonplussed by my experience here. Retro racer fans may find something to latch on to, but I certainly didn't. 4 Nick Smithson Buy this item online |
