Welcome to the Cabin Factory, a company that makes horror attractions for the entertainment industry. As a recently hired cabin Inspector your job is simple - inspect the cabins and determine whether or not they are haunted. If they are clear of supernatural activity make sure they are shipped out of the factory. But, if they are haunted they'll need be stopped from being sent out to customers. Inspect every cabin and look for any movement that will indicate that the attraction is a danger to the public...

The Cabin Factory is a fun little game that is perfect for those who enjoy suspenseful horror games. The instructions are simple enough, you have to explore each cabin and report back if you spot any supernatural activity. But, there's no real explanation of what you're looking for. For the first few goes I was flummoxed. I could clearly see that things had changed in certain cabins, and I thought that was an indication of a haunting. Yet, when I reported it I was wrong. And on the flip side, once I'd carefully checked over a cabin and could find nothing suspicious, I was surprised to discover that that particular cabin was indeed haunted.

Without spoiling anything, this is part of the game's clever deception. And part of the fun, and challenge, is working out how you can spot a haunted element within the cabins.

As you progress, there's also a mysterious back story which is slowly revealed. There are also the occasional jump scare (which can be turned off in the game's settings).

Whilst a short game, this is a fun and incredibly cheap little horror offering.
