If you were a fan of the classic Breakout game, or any one it's numerous clones, then you'll feel right at home with Bob the Brick Breaker. The game is simple enough. You play as Bob, who has to fire off balls to break the bricks in his way. As you destroy the bricks you move ever forward, racking up points. There are numerous bonus features, which periodically drop from the sky and help you to keep pushing forward. Miss the ball when it is returned to you and you lose a life.

The gameplay starts off simple enough, but soon hots up and you'll find the game slowly ramps up to a frenetic level.

Playing with friends also adds another level of fun as you battle it out. And you can check how well you are doing on the global leaderboards, or check how you fared against your personal best scores.

There is very much a compulsion to keep playing... and have "just one more go". While it's not a game you'll get months of play out of, it's still an interesting distraction and one you're sure to keep digging out every now and then.
