Disturbing clues suggest that a traitor lurks within the Outsiders
and they think it's Indigo, the mysterious and beautiful android
from the future. Before they can learn who set her up to betray
the team, the Outsiders receive a cry for help from the Teen
Titans as their own traitor stands revealed - Superboy himself...
The
Insiders sees an all-out battle to save Superboy's soul,
and to stop another of the team from completing their master's
plan. In the end, several lives will be altered, and one team
will stand on the precipice of destruction.
Geoff
Johns and Judd Winick weave a fairly interesting plot through
this six-part collection. The art work is also worthy of a
mention - being well above average. Thankfully this collection
is printed on good quality glossy paper stock, so readers
are really getting value for money - especially when you consider
this collection is only £6.
However,
at times this seems like a WWE graphic novel - there
are just too many fights crammed in here, and after a while
not only will you be yawning away to yourself, but you'll
also be starting to wonder whether the fight sequences aren't
included to pad out the pages a little.
At
the end of the day though, this is a fairly entertaining read.
