Batman, Superman, The Justice League of America: Earth's mightiest
heroes. But how will they react to anti-heroes like gangster
Jackie Estacado, aka The Darkness? Find out in this collection
that teams The Darkness with Batman and Superman, as well
as the Justice League with techno-superteam Cyberforce, and
with Sara Pezzini - wielder of the incredible Witchblade...
The
greatest heroes from two publishers - DC Comics and Top Cow
- meet for the first time and face off against each other
and their greatest foes in this impressive collection. This
volume features the best-selling crossovers JLA/Cyberforce
#1, The Darkness/Batman #1, JLA/Witchblade #1
and The Darkness/Superman #1-2.
Crossovers
is a pretty impressive release, which brings together some
top names in the industry to delivery an explosive collection.
To be frank, there's something here for everyone - so there
is no excuse for not picking this up.
Personally,
I'm a Batman fan - I don't much care for the adventures of
Superman. However, have The Man of Steel up against The Darkness,
and all of a sudden everything becomes much more exciting.
For
the first time in ages I felt serious uncertain as to how
things would unravel for my heroes - although in all honest
you know nothing too terrible is going to happen.
For
those wanting a little extra from their comics, Crossovers
injects some much needed originality into some old favourites.
