Ghost Whisperer is the sometimes chilling, sometimes heart-rending hit drama inspired by the work of real-life mediums. Melinda Gordon is a young newlywed with the "gift" - the ability to see and talk with the spirits of dead people. While running an antiques store and settling into married life in a small town, Melinda helps ghosts who are trapped between worlds to cross over into the light...

Starring Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ghost Whisperer follows Melinda as she helps ghosts, who are trapped between worlds, to cross over to the other side by communicating with the living in order to resolve their unfinished business. This full-colour guide to the world of the show is packed with exclusive interviews, stunning photos and an episode summary, as well as a Spirit Guide to communicating with ghosts in the real world.

Fans of some of Titan's other guide books (I'm thinking Smallville and Stargate here) may be a little annoyed that Ghost Whisper is given the lavish treatment while they have to make do with poorly reproduced black and white books for their shows. Hopefully, this is now the standard that all Titan guide books will follow in the future.

Not only does this book look great, but it's also a million miles away from your usual guide book - episode synopsis and essays play a very small role here and the first three season's worth of episodes are neatly crammed into as few pages as possible - while still retaining as much information as fans will need.

The majority of the book is taken up with numerous interesting aspects of both the show and the real-life spirit world as it's perceived by "experts" in the field today. This volume also has an impressive design that includes plenty of great photographs from the series, publicity stills and behind the scenes images.

If you're a fan of the show then you'll relish this in your collection.
