During
one of Sunnydale's hottest summers, the town becomes infested
with all manner of things creepy and crawly. Innocent people
have begun to transform into giant insects and Buffy has to
work out why...
Out
of the Woodwork is a substantial story, which is good
for the Buffy-verse, however, your interest suddenly
drops when you've got a little way into the story.
The
artwork is great, and you could call it a good read to some
extent, but after you've read it once, its not one of those
great stories that you will want to go back to at a later
date.
There's
a few good things such as Giles getting a love interest, even
though it is just for a short period, and it looks like there
were meant to be sub-plots as such but they really don't shine
out that much.
Understandably
collectable for a die-hard fan, but for anyone else, pick
up a different Buffy novel ,as this might put you off.
