Use destructive weapons and innate mental powers to take on the most feared enemy in the galaxy - Mankind! Play as Crypto, an alien warrior sent to Earth to clear the way for the Furon invasion force.
Your mission is to infiltrate humanity, control them, harvest their brain stems and ultimately destroy them. You choose the method - infiltration or disintegration! Arm yourself with a variety of alien weaponry on land or in the air. Use the Ion Detonator, the Zap-O-Matic, the Sonic Boom, or even the Quantum Deconstructor to eradicate feeble humans. Take to the skies in your UFO, abduct animals, cars, and humans for research, or cause large-scale destruction...

Destroy All Humans! Puts a new spin on an old genre. Instead of kicking green (or grey in this case) alien butt, how about being an alien and destroying human kind? Now that's something that's worth spending some time contemplating. Humans, the most arrogant self-obsessed race on the planet earth, finally meet their match.

As Crypto you can run around shooting anything that moves on foot, or jump into your flying saucer and blast buildings, vehicles and the army's weapons. Or why not pick up the odd human with your abductee ray? Your main goal is to collect as many human brains as possible, probe the odd rectum and disintegrate as many of the stupid race, known as earthlings, as possible.

While on the ground you can use your mind powers to make humans (as well as chickens and cows if you so wish) dance to distract other humans from you, so that you can sneak past with them without alerting the military. Or you can take the form of any humans you meet in order to walk amongst them without causing suspicion. And if you should be spotted, then get out one of your different weapons and let the earthlings have it.

The weapons provide a variety of entertaining ways to dispatch your enemies. From the painful looking anal probe, to the destructive bombs that you can throw into a crowd (or more effectively at vehicles), run for cover, and then detonate from a safe distance.

There are problems with the game which I found a little irritating. Firstly, if you fail in a mission you have to return to your mothership and then return to earth. Then you have to watch as your flying saucer lands and you beam down to the ground. This takes quite a while, and while it's cool the first time, after a while it starts to become annoying. Why couldn't the developers just allow you to start from the beginning of that level without all the cut sequences?

Also, the levels are a little too repetitive. A little more variety would have greatly increased the playability of what is one of the most original games I've played in ages.

If you're looking for something different, you might like to give this a try.
